It's been several weeks now and I'm definitely feeling healthier than I have in a very, very long time. I am now 2.5 months gluten-free and 2 weeks soy-free. I am now only experiencing nausea in relation to my hypoglycemia (which is fairly predictable and easy to avoid when I'm paying attention). I still have little headaches here and there, but they generally last less than 5 minutes. I may attempt going Dairy-free again to see if that is causing the little headaches, but I've noticed them decreasing in occurrence over the last week, so it may also be the soy leaving my system.
